Gene Therapy: Changing the DNA of your Data Center

Join us as we look ahead at how the DevOps movement will continue to shape the IT landscape for years to come.
December 15, 2020 | 9a – 1030a PT

The Phoenix Project came out in 2013 and I can’t overstate how much I’ve learned since then. Having been studying high performing technology organizations since 1999, I genuinely believe that the best times for infrastructure and operations are ahead of us – and yet, it requires us to adapt to a world that is optimizing for speed, instead of optimizing for cost.

In this talk, I’ll discuss my top learnings since The Phoenix Project was released:

  • The top learning from the State of DevOps Research, which I did with Dr. Nicole Forsgren and Jez Humble.
  • What I believe the role of infrastructure and operations is in this new world – as well as QA and information security.
  • Why platforms that enable developer productivity is so good for everyone.
  • …And how those concepts are embodied in The Five Ideals, which appear in The Unicorn Project.

Please bring your burning questions, as we will have ample time for Q&A toward the end of the session.

See you there!

PS: The first 50 to RSVP & attend get a complimentary copy of the Unicorn Project.
